01 · The digital twin
An asset register that never forgets a visit
Every asset on your books gets a twin: nameplate, location, part lines, manuals, and a dated history of what was done to it and by whom. When the same unit plays up eighteen months later, the answer is already on file.
Replaced, tested, kept — each part line carries the date, the engineer, the job number and the note left behind.
Manuals, wiring diagrams and service bulletins live on the asset, not in a shared drive nobody can search from a roof.
Every twin is scored on how well it is documented, so the machines nobody has written up stop being a surprise.
02 · Tutorials, built by your crew
The repair you did once, filmed once, followed forever
Build a procedure the way the job actually runs: a heading, the safety warning that must be read first, the clip of the awkward bit, a voice note over the torque figures. Drag the blocks into order, pick who it is for, publish. It plays step by step on the phone, hands free.

03 · In the engineer's hand
A mobile CMMS that travels to site
Photograph the nameplate, describe the fault, and the phone brings back the machine's own history, the likely cause, and the tutorial your crew filmed on that exact unit. What gets changed goes straight back onto the twin before the van leaves.
04 · The assistant
It answers from the machine's own paperwork
Photograph the panel, describe what it is doing, and the assistant reads that unit's manuals, part history and tutorials before it says anything. It names the most likely cause, says how sure it is, and puts the safety warnings before the first step — not after it.
Answers cite the documents and visits they came from, so an engineer can check the source before touching anything.
A confidence figure on every diagnosis, and one tap to send a bad answer back to us with the record it was drawn from.
Where your crew already filmed the procedure, the thread ends in that tutorial rather than a wall of text.

Priced per engineer, not per asset
Put as many machines on the books as you maintain. Every plan includes the full twin, unlimited tutorials, the field app and the assistant.

06 · Straight answers
What exactly is a CMMS?
A computerised maintenance management system — the record of what you maintain and what has been done to it. Repair Control is one built for the engineer on site rather than a planner at a desk: every machine carries its own parts, manuals, visits and work orders, and the phone opens it in front of the unit.
Do I pay per machine?
No. You pay per engineer and put as many assets on the twin as you maintain, including customer-owned kit.
I'm a one-man band. Is this overkill?
It is the same product for €60 a month. Most sole traders use it as the memory they stop keeping in a van notebook.
Does it do planned maintenance schedules?
Not yet. A job carries a due date, but nothing recurs on its own — Repair Control is built around the work that actually happens to a machine and the record it leaves behind. If a PM schedule is the first thing you need, say so on the contact form and we will tell you straight where we are.
Does it work with no signal?
Download a tutorial before you go up and it plays through with no signal at all. Recording the visit still needs a connection — offline capture is on the list, not shipped, and we would rather say so.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — assets, part history, documents and tutorials export in full. The record is yours, not ours.
